At noon, four hours before Priya checks in, AutoBnB puts it at the top of Today and on your phone, with Message Rosa and Call one tap away.
AutoBnB lets Summit Laurel drift to 58°F between stays, then starts warming it at 1:00 PM Friday so it's 70°F when Tyler checks in at 4:00 PM. It learns how fast each thermostat heats.

Cleaning, climate and door codes each need their module, and Pro includes all three. Every job waits for your tap until you switch it on. Paying bills is in beta and not open to every owner yet.
AutoBnB follows every turnover in Turno or in its own cleaner app: who's cleaning, which rooms are done and what they found. If nobody has started and the next guest checks in within four hours, it's the first thing on Today and a push on your phone.

AutoBnB learns how fast each house heats or cools, then starts early enough to reach your guest temperature by check-in, anywhere from 30 minutes to 10 hours ahead. After checkout it lets the house drift to your empty-house temperatures.

Add each home's utilities once: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, lawn care and snow removal. You add each statement, and AutoBnB reads it, files it with the home, and compares the charges with last month's.

After every Turno clean, AutoBnB records each supply's level at each home from the cleaner's inventory report: high, medium or low, and whether it's below its threshold in Turno. When Turno says an item is running out, the issue arrives linked to that supply, with its recent readings.

AutoBnB is approval-first. These are the rules it follows, and you can check each one in the app.
Door codes, climate, prices, cleaners and guest messages each have their own switch at each home. Until you switch one on, AutoBnB drafts the work and waits for your tap.
Putting door codes on Auto at Bluebird Ridge changes nothing at Fernhollow. You widen it as it earns your trust.
On Auto, a cleaner's pay or a utility bill goes out only when it's under the limit you set for that home. Anything over it waits for you.
A drafted reply never offers a refund, a discount, an early check-in or a late checkout, and never states a door code. Prices stay inside your floor and ceiling.
While Hostaway still runs a home, AutoBnB shows the codes it would set and the replies it would send, and sends nothing to guests or locks.
What AutoBnB does is logged with where the work came from, and sensitive values are redacted.
